Souvenir Shell Mermaid Spoon Ring

This piece originates from the early 1900's. It is made by the U.S Sterling Company, which despite its name, specialized in mostly silver-plated souvenir pieces. This is a silver-plated souvenir piece. It is noted on the back, A.1, a quality grade for silver plate. This means it is of top-grade plate and is the thickest layer.
